Our office is open Monday through Thursday with hours that can accommodate most any schedule. We know that your time is important and we work to ensure that your visit happens as professionally and quickly as possible.

Fees
Payment Options
You can pay for your office visit and any treatment by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. We accept most major dental insurances. Our office is in-network with Cigna PPO. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call us at (817) 441-1211.
For your convenience, we can offer 6-months, interest free payments. We are pleased to accept Care Credit Dental Fee Plan. Click on the link below for more information.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
